If I had no subsidies, my rent for the apartment I am living in will be $2,500 per month. I will set aside $10,000 of my windfall to my rent. I will aim for 4-6 weeks to renovate the property, but there will be some time needed to draw up architect drawings, and blueprints. I will also need to gut the residence, and work with any other issues that would delay my work on the home. With all of that said, I will assume 4 months needed to do everything, and make it ready to move in.
