I won’t be able to acquire the 4 Story Building as much as I would want to. Simply put, I won’t have enough to buy the building, renovate, and still get everything else I would want. With that said, I will buy a [house] on East Carson Street. I will be in walking distance of one of my doctors, but all of the other ones, I will need 2 buses. In addition, I will need to take a bus to the pharmacy (rather than walking now), and I will still need to take a bus to get to the PMB. And since there aren’t any public mailboxes around, mail will send off weekly when I check my PMB. This is similar to what I do now where I will send off mail when I go out again. The house will be assumed to be $250,000 for purchasing, gutting, and renovated. This does not include appliances, nor furniture – but will include 10GBPS switches, and a network server.
